Yamaha has launched the BS6 version of its flagship R15 V3.0 in India days after it introduced the BS6 FZ-FI and FZS-FI. The BS6 R15 V3 holds premium of Rs 6,000 over the previous BS4 iteration. Apart from an updated motor, the R15 V3.0 also gets cosmetic and feature updates as well. The new motorcycles will be available across Yamaha dealerships from the third week of December.
Honda India previewed its Honda Sports EV Concept at the Auto Expo 2018. a two-seater electric sportscar, the EV carries a retro styling and is based on the same platform which underpins the Urban EV Concept. It is curious that the automaker is going retro for its advanced concept cars. Honda’s claims that the Sports EV has a low center of gravity. The Sports EV could be one-wheel drive and we’d still dig it. Honda has so far kept to itself details about the Sports EV’s interior and electronics, besides noting that artificial intelligence (AI) technology is somehow involved.
Range should be somewhere about the 250-mile mark and performance will likely come in somewhere around 300 to 350 horsepower.
BMW added the 6 Series Gran Turismo to their Indian line-up in February this year. BMW has added three new variants to the 6 GT lineup, The petrol 630i can now be had in the Luxury Line variant, and it has introduced the much anticipated diesel engine as well.
